Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfy and the staff was so helpful. The location is just perfect for exploring London, and I even received complimentary fruit and luxurious Molton Brown products. The only downside was the potential noise due to the central location.
The hotel had a modern and comfortable feel with clean and comfy beds; however, room make-up was sometimes delayed until late afternoon. The service was kind and professional, with some rooms needing refurbishment despite charging high rates. The location was ideal for reaching most attractions easily, although a door was suggested for convenience. The dining experience, while nice with standard fare, was marred by disorganization and noisy surroundings. Overall, a good option for a comfortable stay in the west end of London.
The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to Oxford Street and Selfridges while offering a comfortable stay and easy access to transportation. The rooms are beautiful with a huge, comfy bed and soft pillows, but lacking a table for a laptop. The service was great and helpful, though there might be room for improvement in customer care training. The dining experience was nice with standard breakfast options, yet with some limitations. The hotel's facilities are good, and the location is ideal for shopping, walking, and visiting attractions in the West End of London.
The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and an Underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were well-serviced and clean, but the housekeeping schedule was a bit late in the day. The hotel offers a good variety of breakfast options, and the staff is helpful and polite.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the lively atmosphere downstairs on a Friday night, the rooms provided kettles with tea, coffee, and milk which was a nice touch. However, the rooms were quite small, not ideal for business or leisure stays. On the upside, the bedding and towels were of excellent quality, the bath was well-appointed, and everything was exceptionally clean.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were not available right away when we checked in and had a view of bricks, but they were left dirty until later in the day. On the bright side, the service was accommodating and pleasant from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent, close to key spots. The dining options were nice but could have had more variety for vegetarians. Overall, a mixed experience.
